Material which is spread across video and text is provided in a self paced manner coupled with weekly reviews and Q&A Sessions. At the end of the programme the organisations’ clearly set objectives will be achieved and the employee will not only gain globally recognised certifications such as a CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, but will also have the skills to demonstrate their knowledge and the experience that will be instituted through the coaching.

The Masterclass is a Human Capital development program designed to benchmark current cybersecurity roles and cybersecurity programs against industry standards, identify gaps and close them. Given the global shortage of cybersecurity skills, the CyberTrek Masterclass allows for the rapid upskilling of existing resources.
Primarily using the NICE Cybersecurity workforce framework roles, the program goes through what is expected of the role and helps students identify gaps and close those gaps as they also gain a certification. The sub classes include both technical and soft skills training aligned to the job role.
